Technorati is a blog search website. For example, if you wanted to find out what people are blogging about related to “Denver Construction”, you could do a search at technorati.com to see a list of recent blog posts.
You can also use Technorati to gauge trends in the Blogosphere by having a look at ‘Top Searches’ and “Where’s the Fire“.
Other related websites such as del.icio.us and sphere.com can help you research “tags” and keywords related to your business and industry.

Users typically look at your homepage in a “F Shaped” pattern, according to a study by Jakob Nielsen.
This study found that users:
* begin by reading horizontally across the main body content of your webpage
* then scanning down the left side of your webpage
* then reading horizontally again about half way across the middle of your body content
Understanding your users and optimizing your content will lead to a better experience for your customers.

When your Business announces a new product or service, hires a new employee, opens a new office, etc it is important to get the word out to your customers. Sending a Press Release is an established method of information distribution.
There are free services that will distribute your Press Release:

The “FREE” distribution is usually fairly limited and these services offer paid upgrades to distribute your release to traditional wire services like newspapers as well as websites.
